Shipping

• All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation.
• Please allow 2-6 days for your item to arrive (depending on where you live and when you placed your order).

Returns

• All sales are final. Chi City Kicks will not be accepting returns or exchanges.

Preorder Info

• Chi City Kicks offers preorders on most upcoming releases.
• Preorders are NOT guaranteed!
• If we are able to secure your preordered shoe on its release date, we will notify you and ship out your order as soon as possible. 
• Please allow 3-8 business days for your shoes to arrive after we confirm that your pair was secured - the shoes need to be sent to us from the retailer, then delivered to you.
• If we are not able to secure your preordered shoe on the release date, a full refund will be issued to your PayPal/credit card (the same one that you used to purchase the preorder). We will also notify you that we couldn't secure your pair. Refunds will be sent by 3 p.m. EST on the release date.

Authenticity

• All shoes are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. They are purchased from retailers such as Nike, Foot Locker, Champs Sports, etc. 
• All preorder products will include receipts. 
• For other products, please read the description to see if a receipt is included.

• Chi City Kicks reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, for any reason, at any time. If your order was canceled, please contact us for more information.
